Code Camp – May 2007

Posted by Brian Gough on April 26, 2008

Didn’t the Developers Guild just do a Code Camp?!

Yes, it feels that way some time, but what can I say? We have a lot of great members that want to know more about what’s out there in the IT world. This year we will cover WPF, Silverlight, the 2008 line of MS products ( SQL Server, Visual Studio, etc…), and of course SharePoint!

So if you are interested in some great presentations and some hands-on exposure to some of the new stuff, sign up on the Guild site and join us on Saturday, May 17th for a full day of geeking!

Hope to see you there!

MVP Summit

Posted by Brian Gough on April 26, 2008

The MVP Summit was a great time! This was my first year being an MVP, and it has been a wonderful honor. I had a great time meeting the other MVP’s from all over the world. The SharePoint MVP’s took a “team building” day to play paintball; A great chance to meet my fellow MVP’s and shoot them! J

I had a chance to meet and talk with the SharePoint Product Team to learn about what they are working on and the changes/improvements they are putting together. Unfortunately I cannot discuss them yet, but rest assured I will share what I can, when I can.
